His Story
Born and raised in Fresno, California, Rob learned the importance of love, respect and loyalty from his parents. As a child, Rob loved playing outdoors and building little rivers and bridges in the dirt of his backyard. Later he attended UC San Diego and studied Civil Engineering. He has been blessed to find lifelong friends from grade school and college, and most of them are part of the wedding party! When his job at CalTrans brought him out to the Bay Area for a long-term contract role, he had a sneaky suspicion that a wonderful adventure awaited him.
About Us
Rob and Neera shared their first date on Tuesday, September 3, 2013. It was at an intimate wine bar called The Pour House on Polk Street (a very happening street) in San Francisco. Instantly they both sensed a strong connection and they quickly told their friends and families that they'd found someone special. Before they knew it they were traveling to exotic countries together, sharing belly laughs together, and planning a long and happy future as partners in crime. Their adventure is just beginning!
Her Story
Neera spent the first years of her life in the Fiji Islands causing mischief. After immigrating with her parents she lived a fulfilling adolescence throughout Northern California, attending Sacramento State University where she met half her bridal party. Her family and friends supported her through her exciting move to New York City where she began her very successful career in Human Resources, but they celebrated even more her return to California. She's been living in San Francisco ever since, traveling whenever possible and keeping an eye out for the perfect adventure companion.
